Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina,
to consider the following:

variance from New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 51-2(4) Dimensional
Requirements for an existing structure that encroaches 2.4 feet into the 15 feet required side yard

Zoning Ordinance Section 52-2(4) Dimensional Requirements for an existing structure that
encroaches 3.2 feet into the 15 feet required side yard setback. Property is zoned R-20. Case No.
