NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina,
to consider the following:
requesting a variance from New Hanover
Shellington Properties, Inc., 7641 Market Street,
is
County Zoning Ordinance Section 67B-4(1) Width of Buffer Strips. The Zoning Ordinance
requires a twenty feet buffer and the applicant would like to reduce this to ten feet. Property is
zoned R-15. Case No. ZBA-867

the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
