Meeting Minutes
The Real Estate Committee met at the ABC Main Office at 9:30 AM on March 15,2012.
Attendees:
Board Members: Robert Martenis and David Matthews
Board Employees: Gary Cain,Retail &LBD Sales Ops Manager&Dan Sykes, CEO
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss updates and get the CEO's opinion on real estate
matters.
Mr. Sykes provided an update on several properties being considered. He also provided his
written opinion regarding real estate matters. This information will also be discussed at the
March 20 meeting in Closed Session.
Mr. Sykes was directed by the Committee to request that the agent cast a wider net and a specific
vicinity was mentioned.
A date was not set for a future Committee meeting.
