Meeting Minutes
Board Members of the Commercial Real Estate Agent Selection Ad Hoc Committee and staff
met at the ABC Main Office at 11:00 AM on January 25, 2012.
Attendees:
Robert Martenis and David Matthews, Board Members
Gary Cain,Retail & LBD Sales Ops Manager
Dan Sykes, CEO 1
The purpose of the meeting was to review a list of commercial real estate agents to potentially
represent the Board.
Seven agents were discussed and four agents were selected for subsequent interview; their names
and associated companies are listed below in random order:
Lynn Harris, Century 21 Brock &Associates
John Hinrichs, Commercial Real Estate
F. Spruill Thompson, Cape Fear Commercial, LLC
Hansen Matthews, Jr., Maus Warwick Matthews& Company
Mr. Sykes was assigned to make contact with the selected agents to set-up appointments for
interviews on February 1St or 2°d
The Committee members agreed to adjourn about 11:00 AM.
