The Real Estate Committee met at the Cape Fear Commercial's office, 1051 Military Cutoff
Road, Suite 200,Wilmington,NC 28405 at 10:30 AM on March 6,2012.
Attendees:
Board Members: Robert Martenis and David Matthews
Board Employees: Gary Cain, Retail &LBD Sales Ops Manager&Dan Sykes,CEO
Commercial Realtor: F. Spruill Thompson, Senior VP for Cape Fear Commercial
The purpose of the meeting was so Mr. Thompson could update the Committee regarding
properties under consideration.
The next Committee meeting was established for March 8,2012 at a selected site to walk-though
an existing building.
