Meeting Minutes
The Real Estate Committee met at the ABC Main Office at 10:30 AM on February 29,2012.
Attendees:
Board Members: Robert Martenis and David Matthews
Board Employees: Gary Cain, Retail &LBD Sales Ops Manager&Dan Sykes,CEO
Commercial Realtor: F. Spruill Thompson,Senior VP for Cape Fear Commercial
The purpose of the meeting was so Mr. Thompson could present several real estate opportunities
for Committee consideration. The Committee narrowed the list down to five options for a more
detailed review.
The next Committee meeting was established for March 6, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the Cape Fear
Commercial's office, 1051 Military Cutoff Road, Suite 200, Wilmington, NC 28405. The
purpose of the meeting will be to further review selected sites.
