Bobby- The City of Wilmington is in receipt of the Alamance Subdivision that you sent to us
on January 31st. I have confirmed with the City's Public Utilities department that there or
no City utilities serving this site. This is also consistent with the notes on the plan. I
would also like to note that the site is not adjacent to or near the existing city limits of
Wilmington. Therefore, the City of Wilmington does not have any comments regarding this
plan.
