Isle Beach (OIB) CSDR project to Weeks Marine Inc.
Shared mobilization costs $2.15M/$1.98M respectively
USACE’s template of 700K cubic yards (cy) placed was proposed at $8.75/cy
USACE’s initial share breakdown
$4.00M federal mitigation (navigation)
