The New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22,

in Wilmington, NC to consider the following:
Item 1: Variance Request (ZBA-880) –
Cameron Company,7400 Market Street, is requesting a variance
from New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 62.1-4(2),Width of Buffers, to allow approximately 36’
of encroachment into the 74.6’ required rear yard buffer. Property is zoned B-2, Business District, O&I,
Office and Institutional District, and R-15, Residential District. Case No. ZBA-880
Item 2: Variance Request (ZBA-881)
– Randall and Ann Hanson, 127 Trails End Road, are requesting a
variance from New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 55.1-5, Additional Performance Controls, for
a structure that will encroach 15’ into the required 75’ Conservation Overlay District. Property is zoned R-15,
Residential District. Case No. ZBA-881
