Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, July 22 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230
Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider
the following:
L.P. and Gay Britton, 218 and 226 Chesterfield Road,
are requesting a variance from New Hanover
County Zoning Ordinance Section 62.2-3, Penalty – Withholding of Permits, to waive or alter the
prescribed penalty to allow for site development without obtaining a tree removal permit. Property is
zoned I-1, Industrial District. Case No. ZBA-879 *This item was continued from the March 25, 2014

Walmart Stores, Inc., 8107 Market Street,
is requesting a variance from New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 94.4(2), Wall Signs, to increase the number and square footage of wall signs. Property
is zoned CD B-2, Conditional Highway Business District. Case No. ZBA-884
