This is my completed comments. I sent them before but in error.
When I still worked for the City, it was determined that the City could provide the 8,280 gpd requested; however, it was
asked that the developer look for a way to loop the water system either now or in the future.
My comments on the plan provided are:
1) It is my opinion that this plan is better with the roadway moved to the south property line.
2) The basic water plan is good. It is desired that an 8-inch stub to the south be provided at the street stub.
3) It would be preferred if the water main is shifted into the street right-of-way and not located within the BellSouth
Easement. The southern plaza would be where I suggest it be installed.
The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority will be able to work with this plan and developer as we get into more detailed plans.
