Hi John,
I apologize for my misinterpretation of the plan. It appeared as though there was an access easement to the eastern
property owners into which a road was to be constructed. In fact, the subdivision phase indicated does not extend into the
AEC. However, should a roadway access to the tract 2 playground/common area be proposed, it would require a CAMA
permit.
I am alerting Mr. Harris by copy of this email.

Could you please review the Jeremy Bailey preliminary again. I have attached a drawing of the proposed 23 unit
subdivision. I have shown on the preliminary the approx. high water line location and the 575 ft. offset. The
proposed road nor the units intrude into the CAMA A.E.C. based on the drawing. Please let me know your
findings. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.
