The above project has been reviewed by NHC Fire Services. The following comments have been noted:
1. Cul-de-sac diameter meets the requirements for street length (96' diameter).
2. Fire hydrant placement meets the requirements.
3. No speed bumps, or other traffic calming devices allowed.
4. If gates are provided, they shall meet all requirements of the NHC Fire Marshal's Office Gate Requirements.
5. No on-street parking -includes cul-de-sac.
