In reviewing the Jeremy Bailey subdivision plan, it exhibits a street that extends
eastward into the 575 ft Estuarine Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern associated
with the Outstanding Resource Waters classification of Myrtle Grove Sound. This project
will require a Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA) Major Permit.
