Engineering comments:
1. Proposed dry sewer must be designed to connect to the Authority sanitary sewer manhole
in the right-of-way of Seaview Road that was installed by the developer of Tidal Walk Subdivision.
2. Note 7 should read as follows:
"Sewer by individual septic system. Dry sewer to be installed per Cape Fear Public Utility
Authority standards".
3. Note 22: Revise note to read ".... a 10 foot utility easement............
