I spoke with Anthony Law this morning regarding the Jeremy Bailey subdivision. He stated that there will only be one
driveway for that parcel onto Myrtle Grove Road. More than likely, this driveway will be in the location of the current
access easement. A site evaluation may be necessary by NCDOT to determine the most appropriate location for this
driveway. Contact Anthony Law or David Leonard with NCDOT if you have any specific questions.
