City Public Utilities Comments:
1) The proposed development has not obtained approval for an allocation of City water.
2) How many bedrooms are proposed? This is needed to calculated the demand for water and
sewer.
3) The proposed water main extension does not conform with City standards.
A water main is not to exceed 400 feet without a provision for looping the system now or in
the future,
