NHC Fire Services has completed the TRC assessment of the plans submitted by Hanover Design for the `Jeremy
Bailey' project off of Myrtle Grove Road.
The following are the comments related to this project:
1. No On-Street Parking
2. No traffic calming devices such as speed bumps, humps, etc.
3. Connectivity?
4. Are the streets public or private?
5. Letter from the water provider regarding available flow for fire hydrants
b. Fire hydrants shall comply with the provisions of the N.C. Fire Code (2006) Appendix-B with a minimum
fire flow of 1000 gpm per the Appendices as adopted in October, 2006
