Thai~lcs for the heads up on the project. The survey dated 2/18/ 2008 for the proposed sub. does not locate our
575' Area of Enviroiu7lental Concern (AEC) for this area of Myrtle Grove Sound. Tlus will determine our
jurisdiction and consistency of the type of structures located within the AEC. The wetland line flagged by
LMG, Inc. on 10/29/03 should be specified on wetland type and verified by the appropriate agency. Does the
COD need be located if it applies based on the type of wetlands? Let me know if you have any questions on
this project.
