Attached are revised planning comments for the Jeremy Bailey Subdivision.
1. Street name and subdivision name to be approved by E-911.
2. Water and sewer capacity letters are needed. I forward you the Jim Bonser letter.
3. There are 26 significant trees on site. Ten are located in the proposed right of way and will be
mitigated. (6 oaks, 2 hardwoods, 1 magnolia, 1 pine)
4. FYI: There are at least 11 property owners using the existing 20' private access easement.
5. Staff recommends road stub to south to breakup cul-de-sac length of 900'.
