Will the applicant ask for a waiver for street connectivity and sidewalk easements? This needs to be presented to the Planning Department in writing. 2. No sidewallcs or labeled on plat. There should be a pedestrian access to the school property without having to front Murrayville Road. 3. Notes to be added to Map: What is the topo source? Lots 1 & 9 the driveways should face internally on Alamance Court. Are there any significant street jogs in the area? 4. Please fill out the Performance Development Checklist and Density Calculations form located on our webpage at: www.nhcgov.com Click on departments and then planiung. Find Application Forms and then look for the Performance Development Checlist and Calculations form. Please attach the form with the updated map (24' x 36' and a 11' x 17'). The Planning Department will need 1 copy of each size. 5. Will the Home Owners Association maintain the 20' buffers and the drainage easements? 6.
