Engineering Comments:
County sewer is available but capacity must be verified. Sewer design must meet NHC
specifications and must be approved by separate future submittal to NHC.
County water is available but capacity must be verified. Water design must meet NHC
specifications and must be approved by separate future submittal to NHC.
WATER AND SEWER CAPACITY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
All easements subject to revision based on approved water, sewer, storm drainage plans, and
as-builts prior to recording.
Note required stating that "No vertical obstructions, fences, walls, etc. are allowed in
utility or drainage easements."
Sedimentation and Erosion Control permit potentially required prior to any land disturbance.
Must comply with NHC Stormwater Ordinance. Authorization-to-Construct permit required prior
to development and/or land disturbance and/or recording.
