Bobby, I did a site visit there today, but I think we have a couple of issues. They are as follows:
**** Roadway width is only 20' wide, this will present issues with access to the rear of the block. Need to post " NO
PARKING ON STREET" signs
**** Cul-de-sac width is only 72-73' .Length of roadway to the center of the cul-de-sac is about 195', requires a 96' cul-
de-sac.
**** Are the streets PUBLIC or PRIVATE?
**** Hydrant is in place. Flow Test not done on the hydrant at this time.
NOTE: Asphalt is down and curbing is in.
