1. Please address all preliminary requirements prior to final plat approval.
2. Copy of HOA Covenants. Staff and county legal will need to review HOA Covenants.
3. Copy of basic letter or $500 to bond basic letter.
4. Recreation fee = $7,876.90. This will be required prior to final plat approval. (See Recreation
Fee calculations next page).
5. Repair Note # 9: Lots 1 & 9 does not have access on Murrayville Road.
6. Owners name and address to be placed on plat.
7. Surveyor needs to sign and seal plat.
8. Engineering and Owner needs to sign plat.
9. Check the Mylar Plat size, must have nun. border 1.5" on left side & min. '/2 borders on other
sides.
10. Water and sewer capacity letter confirmation from County Engineering.
11. Have not received any comments from Engineering Services.
12. Address all comments from Fire Services.
