Capacity is allocated when State sewer perrr~its are signed by the Authority and the System Developments charges are paid by the Developer. Mr, Bonner, 1 spoke with you a while back about tying sanitary sewer into the county system. The property is located at 7fi NiyrtCe Grave Road {known a Edgev~rater II~HP Road. It is a proposed ~~~ knits - townhomes~ preliminary plan. The plan was to tie into an existing manhole on Seaview Road {approx. 7'0~ ft. away. The conversation we had was that there was the potential of ~~ allocation available because of the pump stations at Matts Creek and Barnards Creek were at their max, capacity. Can you tell me if there is any other option besides going with septic systems. It was recommended by the County that we tie into this manhole, 1 need to know ghat the authority is going to recommend when this goes to TRC again. ThaniCS far your help.
