Bill Clark Homes has posted a check for $4000.00 with Bobby Harris in Planning to bond the two hydrants in Carrington
Woods Phase 2. The water system is complete, tested, and certified, but John Malone has not released the system yet
for water meters or hydrant flow tests. We will order the flow tests once the system has been released, but in the
meantime, this bond will allow you to sign off on the final plat.
