Jim-
Although you didn't request it as part of your comments to Planning on Carrington Woods Phase II final plat, the owner
went ahead and put up a letter of credit for the sidewalks and any miscellaneous stabilization that might be required. I
provided the engineer's estimate for the letter, but I forgot to send it to you. Please find the attached engineer's estimate.
The letter of credit has already been executed and provided to Bobby Harris in Planning. I hope this doesn't cause you
any confusion.
Also, as described in your comments, the offsite waterline has been completed, tested, and certified. The 14' swing gate
has not yet been installed across the easement, but it should be in place sometime early next week. I will let you know as
soon as it is in place.
