For the final plat of Phase 1, Engineering is prepared to sign the final plat with the additions as noted below.
Add a 10 foot Utility Easement along road right-of-ways.
Add a label or note that the area contained in the wetlands/flood zone is designated as a drainage easement.
I have discussed these changes with Rob Balland of Paramounte Engineering he will make the necessary changes.
