A. Home owner covenants are fine. However, there are a few items to be addressed. • County Legal (Sharon Huffman) will need to approve all home owner covenants. • Under Definition "Common Area": should include passive and active open space. • Add: Association authorized to rebuild damaged units if owner does not. %/2. The titlebox on the map should read "Performance Residential Development". i/3. NCDOT will need to sign mylar. v4. Surveyor needs to sign and seal plat. ✓5. Engineering and Owner needs to sign plat. ,/6. Check the Mylar Plat size, must have min. border 1.5" on left side & min. %2 border on other sides. 7. Street Signs waiting for confirmation from Engineering or Fire Services. 8. Water and sewer capacity letter confirmation from County Engineering. 9.
