Meeting Minutes — Closed Session
August 18, 2015
The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the Board's regular
meeting held at 8:30am on August 18, 2015 in the Government Center at 230 Government
Center Drive, Room 500, Wilmington, NC.
The following persons attended the Closed Session portion of the meeting:

Avril Pinder, Ex- Officio
Wanda Copley, Legal Counsel
Three undisclosed final CEO selected Candidates
The purpose of the Closed Session meeting was to discuss personnel issues in accordance
with NC GS 143- 318,11(a)(6).
Motion was made by Mr. Kopp to come out of Closed Session. The motion was seconded
by Ms. Partin, and all approved.
