The property is located at 4645 Gordon Road and zoned R- 15, residential district. Case ZBA-904 Oxford House Inc., applicant, on behalf of Zhao Liang, property owner, is requesting a special exception for reasonable accommodation under the Federal Fair Housing Act per Section 63.11 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow up to 8 residents in a group home located at 110 Landsdowne Road.
