NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold
public hearings on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County
Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington,
North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-907 – Wanda and Billy Southerland, applicants and property owners, are requesting a
variance from the access requirements for structures per Section 61.2 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The property is located at 5404 Peden Point Road.
Case ZBA-908 – Lloyd Rothschild, applicant, on behalf of LRR No 2 Properties, LLC, property
owner, is requesting a 15’ variance to the 30’ front yard requirement in the R-20S zoning district
per Section 51.4 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 3109 Rivendell Place.
