Unless otherwise posted, the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room
at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC.
Any person requesting information regarding a case should contact the New Hanover County Planning
and Inspections Department at (910) 798-7118. Zoning Board of Adjustment hearings are quasi-judicial hearings, open to the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn
testimony.
