NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County
Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington,
North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-903 – Susan Hamilton, applicant, on behalf of Gordon Road Investments, LLC, property
owner, is requesting a 10’ variance from the 35’ structure height maximum required per Section
72-43(11) of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 4645 Gordon Road and zoned R-
15, residential district.
