The property is located at 2 Silva Terra Drive. Case ZBA-906 – Scarafoni Associates, Inc., applicant and property owner, is requesting 40’ variances from the 100’ building setback requirement per 55.1-3(1) and 50’ automobile parking area setback required per Section 55.1-3(4)(B) of the Zoning Ordinance.
