TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA

New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, August 10,
2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601), New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review the preliminary extension of
one site plan:
2:00 p.m. Item 1: Carolina Inlet View (Performance Plan) – Request by Beyond Beautiful,
LLC for TRC to consider extending the preliminary site plan validity period for one
year. The eight (8) lot project is located near the intersection of Burnett Road
and Silver Avenue, southern portion of New Hanover County.

Preliminary site plan approved by TRC for eight (8) residential lots in December, 2014
To date, no final plats for all or a portion of the project have been submitted for review
County Subdivision Ordinance allows for preliminary site plan approvals to be valid for a
period of two years with two one year extensions availabl e upon written request by the
owner

Court litigation has slowed the process of developing Carolina Inlet View (See attached

A waiver was granted by TRC on the road inter-connectivity requirements based on the
geographic nature of the property.
