The property is located at 1317 Futch Creek Road. Case ZBA-910 – Porter’s Neck Quality of Life Association is appealing determinations made by New Hanover County Planning and Inspections staff pertaining to two properties owned by the Porters Neck Homeowners Association located at 8344 and 8540 Bald Eagle Lane. Case ZBA-911 – Secof Construction Company, Inc. is appealing determinations made by New Hanover County Planning and Inspections staff pertaining to a property owned by Coastal Carolina Car Wash, LLC located at 6100 Castle Hayne Road. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
