NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board
of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room,
Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-917 – Murchison, Taylor, & Gibson, PLLC, applicant, on behalf of Frederick and Susan Saint, property owners, is requesting
a 10.5’ variance to the 30’ front yard requirement per Section 51.4-2 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 27 Pipers Neck Road, Wilmington, NC.
