NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington,
North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-918 – Michael Longfellow, applicant and property owner, is requesting a variance to the minimum lot area required in an R-15 zoning
district per Section 51.6 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 1815 Castle Hayne Road.
Any person requesting information regarding a case should contact
the New Hanover County Planning and Land Use Department at (910) 798-7118. These are quasi-judicial hearings, open to the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
