NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina,
to consider the following:
Case ZBA-923 – Healing Hands Chiro Prak Tik LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting a
23’ variance from the 50’ parking area setback requirement per Section 55.4-3(4) of the New
Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 7649 Market Street.
