NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina,
to consider the following:
Case ZBA-924 – Scott Stewart, applicant and property owner, is requesting variances from the
yard requirements of Section 51.4-2 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property
is located at 397 Whisper Park Drive, Wilmington, NC.
