New Hanover County’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Wednesday, February 21,
2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lucie Harrell Conference Room (601), New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC to review the following site plan:

LLC for the TRC to consider a site plan for high density development consisting of
72 units at the 700 block of Piner Road.
