Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., at the
New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-929 – Bohler Engineering,
NC PLLC, applicant, on behalf of O’Reilly Automotive Stores Inc, property owner, is requesting variances from the setbacks required per Section 60.3 and the buffers required per Section
62.1-4 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 2608 Castle Hayne Road, Wilmington, NC. This case is continued from the November 14, 2018 meeting.

51.6-5 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 1512 Burnett Road, Wilmington, NC.
