The property is located at 2608 Castle Hayne Road, Wilmington, NC. This case is continued from the November 14, 2018 meeting. Case ZBA-931 – Harold C. Petzold Esq., applicant, on behalf of Beyond Beautiful LLC, property owner, is requesting variances from the density allowances of Section 51.1-2(11) and Section 51.6-5 of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 1512 Burnett Road, Wilmington, NC.
