NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a
quasi-judicial hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County
Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington,
North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-936 – Cameron Management, on behalf of Dry Pond Partners, LLC, is requesting a
variance of 5’ from the 40’ maximum height requirement for a high-density development per
New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 72-43(11). The property is located at 4429 S
