NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a
quasi-judicial hearing on Tuesday, July, 23, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County
Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington,
North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-939 - Gregory Alan Heafner, PA, applicant, on behalf of Zachary and Ashley Paulovits,
property owners, is requesting a special exception for reasonable accommodation under the
Federal Fair Housing Act per Section 63.11 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow up to 8 residents in
a group home located at 602 Everbreeze Lane.
Any person requesting information regarding a case should contact the New Hanover County
Planning and Land Use Department at (910) 798-7118. These are quasi-judicial hearings, open
to the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
