Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a quasi-judicial hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 5:30
p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-940 – Stroud
Engineering, P.A., applicant, on behalf of Maritime West Development, LLC, property owner, is requesting variances from the parking lot perimeter planting requirements per Section 62.1-5(2)(A)
and the street yard planting requirements per Section 62.1-10(2)(A) of the New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 4320 US Highway 421 N, Wilmington, NC.
