The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Health Officer presented the monthly reports.
Mr. Edwards explained to the Board members the milk situation
especially in regards to the milk from Appomattox and Yanceyville.
He read to the Board Illembers a letter written to Mr.. White regard-
ing conditions under which this milk would be accepted. The Board
members sanctioned the pro cedure under the circumstances.
The Health Officer described briefly the DOT dusting program being
put on in Wilmineton c,nd Nel' Hanover County by the U. S. Public
Health Service through the State and local health departments.
The drainage problem at the Winter Park school was discussed, but
no official action was taken.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
