The approved plan consists of 385,534 square feet of new warehouses located at 2830 US Hwy 421, (PID# R04000- 003-013-000, R04000-003-020-000, R04000-003-018-000, R04000-002-021-000 and R04000-003- 019-000). The approved preliminary plan is enclosed. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency. Approval of this preliminary plan allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject project. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
