STREET MAINTENANCE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
PORTER'S POINTE SUBDIVISION
First Troy SPE, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, and owner and seller
of lots in Porter's Pointe Subdivision, New Hanover County, North Carolina, pursuant to
N.C.G.S. 136-102.6, hereby discloses and certifies that the streets fronting the lots of said
Porter's Pointe Subdivision, as set forth on maps recorded in Map Book 51 at pages 135 and
136, in the office of the Register of Deeds of New Hanover County, North Carolina and as
shown on an unrecorded plat of Porter's Pointe, Map of Revision, Lots 16R and 30R as
prepared by Cape Fear Engineering, Inc. on August 26, 2010, SHALL BE PUBLIC AND
PRIVATE STREETS, THAT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND DESIGN OF THE PUBLIC
STREETS HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, AND THAT
THE STREETS HAVE BEEN OR WILL BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE UNDERSIGNED
OWNER/SELLER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISION
STREETS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRANSPORTATION FOR ACCEPTANCE
ON THE HIGHWAY SYSTEM. THE UNDERSIGNED OWNER/SELLER HEREBY
CERTIFIES THAT IT WILL MAINTAIN SAID STREETS UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT
THEY ARE TAKEN OVER BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
