It looks like they combined all three buildings for a total square footage (~425,300 SF), but I think each
building should be analyzed separately. The amount of parking spaces alone indicate that the generated
trips could be more than ~80 in a given hour.

They had some comments on this application that they spoke with someone at NCDOT… do you know
who that was? I don’t want to say a TIA will be required if someone internally already took a look and
